Regulations

Orders may be placed in the following manner:

  1. Via the Internet through the website or via e-mail:

Placing an order is deemed as an acceptance of these Regulations. Every placed order is analysed in terms of the availability of the products ordered. If the goods are available, an order is executed not later than on the day following the reception of such an order; in other situations, a salesperson will contact the Client by telephone or e-mail in order to agree specific conditions. For this purpose, you are expected to provide accurate and complete contact details during registration, such as landline or mobile, home or company telephone numbers, and an e-mail address. 

If a given product is missing, we suggest:

Postponed due date - if it is possible to import the given product from a manufacturer, we will inform you when execution of such an order is possible. A decision whether we should postpone shipping, send an order without such an item or cancel the entire order depends on you. 

Order execution without a specific item – an order will be sent without one product. If you wish, you will be informed whether the given product is available and when.

 

NOTE 

If a product is missing in the shop, by selling out the entire stock, there is no price guarantee in the case of the subsequent delivery of goods.

A courier cost for an order below 2,000 PLN net and weight up to 30 kg is as follows: 23,99 PLN gross, cash on delivery or 19,68 PLN gross as wire transfer and it is added to the order price. In the event of purchasing oversized goods, i.e. exceeding 1,20 m in length or width, exceeding the weight of 30 kg or shipments with the value exceeding 2,000 PLN net, the delivery cost will be agreed individually – independently of the one calculated in the sales system. 

We are not responsible for the condition of the goods delivered or for the delivery date if goods are collected by a courier ordered by a Client.


Goods collection and payment

Courier shipment:

  1. a) Cash on delivery: a courier collects the charge for the order delivered to you. Once such a charge is paid, you have a right to check the content of the shipment in the courier’s presence in order to check whether the goods were not damaged in transport and whether they conform with the order. A courier, at the Client’s request, is obliged to participate in the commission opening of a parcel.
  2. b) Prepaid: you pay for the order after placing it. Before payment, you must contact us in order to confirm product availability and shipping costs. Order execution begins after crediting the amount due to our bank account.

 

Personal collection:

It is possible to collect the goods ordered in person at a store. For this purpose, it is necessary to contact us in advance and determine collection details: payment form and collection time.

 

Returns and complaints:
We provide you with a guarantee of returning the goods purchased and not yet used within 14 days of the shipping date. In such a case, we guarantee full reimbursement of the value of the goods purchased within 14 days of the return date, including complete documentation, to the bank account indicated by you. Accepting a return is conditional upon sending goods with a purchase receipt to the proper address. You should provide a reason for returning. In the event of cancellation resulting from a different cause than a justified and positively considered complaint caused by goods damage, the Ordering Party will incur delivery costs and costs of goods return. The supplier is entitled to deduct such costs from a down-payment received towards the purchase of the given goods. In the event of a complaint about the goods ordered, such a complaint shall be conditionally accepted upon sending goods to the address including a purchase receipt and comments about the product complained. If a complaint is accepted, the supplier will reimburse the shipping costs for the complained goods. Any complaints resulting from a failure of the Purchaser to fulfil its obligations will not be considered. Complaints concerning mechanical damage during transport will be considered only after checking the content of the parcel at the time of its acceptance. Accepting this type of complaint is conditional upon sending a complaint record to the address, drawn-up together with the courier delivering the parcel.
